This provides us with an understanding of their requirements in order to identify and deliver the best-qualified candidates to fill those requirements. Victory Systems, Inc. works with our clients towards a business partnership tailored to their specific requirements. Our consultants work either on client site or, at the client's request, in the Victory technology center. We provide consultants on a temporary or right-to-hire basis and we also place full-time employees with many of our clients.
We are continually screening, interviewing and monitoring our consultant database to ensure that only the most current information is presented for your review.
In addition to our in-house talent pool and the usual online recruitment methods we have a business relationship with several recruitment agencies from which we draw resources from time to time. This ensures a constant influx of available talent.

PLACEMENT METHODOLOGY
Victory's placement process ensures a fast and effective placement of the right candidate, with the right business and technical skills, for any position.
Our methodology in commencing the search process starts with a detailed discussion with each client, where we review the requirements of each assignment in great depth. Part of this is gaining an understanding of the complexities of the corporate personality as this is often important to take into account. At this stage open communication and strict confidentiality are assured as we tailor resource to meet requirements. Throughout this process each client is valued equally; large or small, local or global, long time or first time client.
Prior to resume submission to client all candidates are screened by Victory Systems staff and vetted for communication skills, relevant experience, technical expertise, salary requirements and availability.
Only those candidates meeting or surpassing our requirements for each of these categories will be submitted to the client for review. This ensures that the client receives only the best qualified candidates that are qualified for the position available. We feel that it is our responsibility to cull these candidates from the submissions rather than expect the client to do so.

From engagement to implementation, Victory Systems consistently builds the model of the consultant-client relationship by collaborating directly with our clients, throughout the problem-solving process. Our experience shows that this approach leads to the best, innovative and results driven solutions.
We constantly monitor consultant performance with the client and offer comprehensive post-placement technical and logistical support.
We consider client mentoring to be one of the most important roles in the consultant/client relationship. When a Victory consultant completes an assigned contract, the client staff will have complete autonomy. Our consultants are trained to foster non-competitive, effective relationships with client staff members to ensure an honest and open sharing of knowledge and expertise.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Implementation is the key to success as we work with our clients to bring powerful technology partnerships to bear. It is important to note that we don't simply advocate solutions, we implement them. Part of this is taking the risks right along with our clients. We assess the problem, highlight potential solutions and identify the gains hidden in our clients' networks. From there, we design customized solutions in consultation with our clients that they can understand and use to improve their business processes — for short-term results and long-term success. Then we work alongside our clients to ensure full implementation. This fosters a "win-win" situation that is the key to success.
